1. Agreement

By creating an account or using OXYN, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information. One person per account; no transfer or sale of accounts.

3. User content

You own the content you create. By posting, you grant WE U INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the App as needed to operate the service. You are solely responsible for your content, including your live voice participation.

4. Community rules

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or defame others; post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content; impersonate any person; spam or scam; infringe intellectual property; or attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service. Live rooms are moderated; hosts and moderators may mute, remove, or restrict participants. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Reporting & blocking

In-app tools let you report content/users and block anyone. We review reports and act at our discretion.

6. Coins, gifts & VIP

• Coins are a virtual currency purchased via Apple App Store / Google Play, usable only inside OXYN.
• Coins and gifts have no real-world monetary value, are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policy, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless a specific written program states otherwise.
• Gift animations and VIP perks are entertainment features. VIP subscriptions renew and are managed through your App Store / Google Play account settings; cancel there anytime before renewal.
• We may modify the coins/gifts catalog, pricing, or VIP benefits prospectively.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, branding, and software are owned by WE U INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

8. Termination

You may stop using OXYN and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal reasons, or discontinuation of the service. Sections that by nature survive continue after termination.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the behavior of other users. Live content is user-generated in real time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WE U INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION], unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
