OXYN (“the App”) is operated by WE U INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, [ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account data: phone number and/or email, display name, username, profile photo, and profile details you provide.
• Content you create: posts, stories, comments, messages, room titles, and media you upload.
• Live audio: voice rooms are live; we process audio in real time to deliver it to participants. We do not sell your voice data.
• Purchase data: coin purchases and VIP subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play; we receive transaction confirmations, not your card details.
• Usage & device data: app interactions, device model, OS version, language, push identifiers, crash and performance logs.
• Approximate location (with permission) to power location-based discovery.

How we use information

To operate rooms, feeds, messaging and gifts; process purchases and deliver VIP benefits; send notifications you enable; keep the community safe (moderation, word filtering, report handling); prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and improve the App.

Sharing

We share data only with: (a) service providers who host and power the App (cloud hosting, real-time audio, push notifications, crash analytics) under contractual safeguards; (b) Apple/Google for purchases; (c) authorities when legally required; (d) other users — only the content you choose to make visible.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account (available in-app under Settings), your profile and content are removed from active systems within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at support@weutechnology.com. You can delete your account directly in the App.

Children

OXYN is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child is using the App, contact us and we will act.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) appropriate to the risk. No system is 100% secure.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries; where required, we use appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We will post updates here and revise the effective date. Material changes will be notified in the App.
